Black Zeitgeist: Atlanta

The Visual Arts, and the National Black Arts Festival was a major exhibition at the Hammonds House Museum (July-Dec 2025) celebrating Atlanta's vibrant Black arts scene, showcasing artists like Romare Bearden and Faith Ringgold, and highlighting how institutions like the NBAF transformed the city into a cultural powerhouse, reflecting a pivotal era of Black artistic excellence and activism in the 80s and 90s.
